White crystal powder. Odorless. Relativedensity:2.13. It will lose 1 crystal water at temperature 205℃. When it is heated (550-650℃), it will decompose pyrophosphate. It is soluble in lower density acid, hardly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol.
Uses:
Nutrition supplement agent, PH regulation reagent, stabiliser.
